Emmeline specialises in financial lines defence and coverage matters, with a particular interest in complex coverage matters and M&A warranty and indemnity claims. She has extensive experience in advising insurers on a range of coverage matters including discrete and novel indemnity issues, litigated coverage disputes and coverage advices varying in levels of complexity. She knows that time is of the essence with coverage matters and can prepare coverage advice on short notice.

She also acts as defence counsel on a range of financial lines professional indemnity matters, including accountants and auditors, and D&O matters. When working with insureds, she knows she represents the face of the insurer and ensures she builds relationships of trust based on the individual needs of the insured.
