  • Acting for a national insurer and an established, award-winning website development company in defence of a claim brought about by a former client in respect of an allegedly defective website.

Cyber Defence and Recoveries

  • Acting on behalf of a managed services provider (MSP) in multiple claims by its former clients following a ransomware attack on the MSP.
  • Acting on behalf of an MSP in a claim brought by one of its clients following a ransomware attack suffered by the client.
  • Advising a major national insurer on options under contract and negligence for a potential subrogated recovery claim against an SME involved in a cybersecurity breach, which affected the insured client.
